Hello. Am looking for the certification quiz. Below is the info front the scheduler; but I did not understand:

From scheduler: If you are logged in on iSS, you will see a link that says "iSS Prep Certifications" on the top of your screen. Click this link, log in using your iSS Shopper credentials, and then enter "DR1313" in the search bar to find the Dead Ringers certification course.

Hi Tatiana,

You can find the quiz by going to www.iSSprep.com. Login with the same credentials you use to login to iSecretShop, and enter DR1313 in the only search bar there. You should then be able to see and do the course.

Hi Tatiana,

By "credentials" I was referring to your username (email address) and password. You can enter them on the home page of www.iSSprep.com.
