How to do the web and phone shops

Hi I am new and I want to know how to do recorded calls? Should I download an app or will this be an option when I get the job assuming it has to be recorded?

Hi I have been part of this for a while and have never taken on a job yet I guess I am a bit intimidated and nervous afraid I will forget something not do something right or just completely bomb the whole thing.
