New Shopper

I just signed up and applied for my First shop, which is pending, 'A Quick and Easy, Take Out Shop'.

Hello. New to forum, not to shops.

Hello, I am new to this forum after I tried a couple of ISS shops before the pandemic....I want to get started again...Could someone plz give suggestions on how u stay organized, with the different jobs, scheduled done, paid, not paid, expenses, etc...I want to try and treat it like a Real Business! Anyway, greetings from the FL Tampa Bay area. :)

I am not new to mystery shopping. I started with another company almost two years ago and still contract for them. I saw an ad in the local paper for ISS and thought I would check them out. Over four months now and I like ISS so I will be sticking around for the long-term.

I live in Alberta, work in northern Alberta, but my home and family is in southern Alberta. Unfortunately, I rarely get home because I work so far away. So instead, I travel between two jobs and do lots of mystery shopping, both for extra money and as a way to see places I have never been. For April and May, I will be all over northern Alberta and into parts of BC. I like helping businesses know what they are doing well and how to improve, and I like the many people I have met since I started mystery shopping.

New to Isecretshop! Looking to really monetize this side hobby, any tips?

I did my First food one last night...it was fun 'to get paid to eat!!' lol

But I was over spent! haha! The compensation was $60...I spent $84

including the tip!! But it was 'Fun' so I dont regret it and the food was good. :o)

New Shopper Advice

I have done a few easy tasks/jobs here and there...so I am starting over again...but I basically feel like a Newbie! The Evaluation, was easy since I had noted all the things to check for ahead of time...I was surprised at how long it took me to complete the report, esp. becuz I wanted to give good details where they did not get an 'A' [best marks!] Now I know to give myself extra time even if I dont need it! :)

Primarily doing phone/web shops.

Hello...I am wanting to start to do phone and web shops also...what equipment do I need? [like headphones or headsets] any training that I need to start? What is ur experience with it? How many do you do? Do I have to stick to my location? Or if Im in FL, can I do a Texas phone assignment?

Any tips would be appreciated. TY and Happy shopping! :)

I have completed all 5 courses listed...Are there other ways to get more Badges? Also how do we improve and get a Higher Rep. Ranking? Any suggestions? TY Happy Shopping. :)
