Brand New newbie... Just joined. Any tips from veteran secret shoppers

I wouldI would like to know, being new to secret shopper what should I be doing since I'm not seeing any jobs posted in my area? Are there some prep classes or some videos or something I should be watching?

What is the best way to find other MSC's? I'm new to mystery shopping.
