I had four shops declined, listing "has been declined because you did not respect the purchase requirement: You must purchase a small beverage."
Now in my response I noted that they didn't have small cups, but they charge the same price for medium. One store didn't even have Medium and I noted that as well in my response.
Anyone else have an idea on this? The time doesn't bother me, but the mileage does.
Update, 1 got accepted after being declined
Maybe you could ask the scheduler if others have had this problem.

At the bottom of every system generated email that you get from iSecretShop, there should be a link you can click, to manage your contact preferences. From there, you can unsubscribe from specific email, from all of them, or cancel your account completely.
Alternatively, you can open a support ticket to iSecretShop, and ask for your account to be deleted.
