Are you confused about shopping in general or are you confused about how to navigate the system? Try reading over the guidelines and the question are a couple of times before you start your shop and your scheduler will usually be available to help you with any questions. I've been doing mystery shopping for about 20 years and it does take a little time to get used to. I'm sure you'll do great!

sometimes I'll put something on my newsfeed on Facebook telling my friends that if they are interested in starting with mystery shopping they should send me a private message with their email address and then I just forward them the information that way
