My name's Courtney and this whole process is completely new to me. Even though it's not rocket science, there have been times when I've been a little confused about one thing or another. I'm sure I'm not the only one out there with that problem. I figured it would be nice to talk to others who are trying this mystery shopping thing as well. Just wanted to introduce myself and say 'Hello'!!

Are you confused about shopping in general or are you confused about how to navigate the system? Try reading over the guidelines and the question are a couple of times before you start your shop and your scheduler will usually be available to help you with any questions. I've been doing mystery shopping for about 20 years and it does take a little time to get used to. I'm sure you'll do great!
