Have been a shopper for 10+ years but just starting to register with many companies to work more often. It is a bit overwhelming.

Just found the iSecretShop job board by accident and very happy but still learning the ropes.

I use the Presto App with the Sassie Network on it but this is much different. No clue what points are for etc but I will learn.

Any Ontario shoppers?

Please let me know which companies you find shops with - and any other tips appreciated- thanks!

Welcome Remarker! I used to live in London but now live in Sarnia. I have been a shopper for over 20+ years. London unfortunately has a surplus of shoppers so take any shops while you can. I find smaller cities like Sarnia and in your area St Thomas etc are where you can find shops. Also, sometimes take road trips that included a bunch of shops on the way

I have Woodstock, St Thomas, Strathroy and Komoka as alternative cities to shop. I have also been paid expenses to shop in Burlington and got lucky with another shop there the same day.

It is not always the client's own establishments that are being assessed so pictures could be tricky.

I have had test drive shops for competitor with exterior pictures only as part of the shop but recently was surprised in fast food. I had done a few shops that I assumed were coming from the company's head office. Interior pictures were a requirement. Then the blurb was updated and read " A fast food chain wants to assess how it is doing compared to its competition."

Don't know how common that is.

I went to isecretshop.com, the full site not for mobile, but could not find the Age & Identity Verification link. There are only icons and I clicked them all.

Is it still being used? If so, what should I look for?

Hello,

Yes, this is still being used - the "Age & Identity Verification" tab is located on the left-side menu, between "Update Extended Profile" and "Payments". Keep in mind that it is currently only available to shoppers in the USA. If you are in Canada or another country, this feature would not be visible on your side.
