I have done 2 assignments on the new system, 1 of them a week ago and they are both still showing as pending approval. I have sent various emails and texts to them but am getting nothing back. Anyone else having this issue?
Hi Colin. Both of my completed hotel visits involved the old SM phone system and this seemed to work ok. I have 2 further hotel visits planned and used the old SM call system for them too but have not done the visits yet. I have not seen mention of an ISS call button in any of my assignments. Have you been able to contact the office for advice on this as they have not been responding to my messages?
I am still waiting for approval of both of my hotel stay reports, one of which was completed a week and a half ago. This never happened with Quest. Has anybody had ISS reports approved yet?
Just had my first two ISS hotel visits approved and all good. Relieved, as I am doing more next week and wanted to get feedback on the new system before I embarked on some more. Have others had their visits approved now too?
Glad to hear reports of approved jobs coming through. Does anyone from SM background know if payment for assignments will come by bacs transfer as before or via Paypal? Also, does anyone know if there is a mechanism to change the date of an assignment if the venue does not have appropriate availability on the original date selected?
Hi Colin. Thanks for your reply. The only email I recall seeing from SM was dated 13 November 2019 and titled "Exciting news for 2020!" This email was a general notification of the proposed change but it didn't mention any details or anything about Paypal. Have I missed an email with useful platform transition information? Also thanks for letting me know you were able to do an assignment on another day. I have however read in the ISS FAQs that assignments must be completed by midnight on the scheduled date and that the report proforma would be closed the morning after.
Hi Benjamin. My new ISS platform assignments have used the old SM recorded call system. I have not come across the problem you are having but others on the forum have mentioned this and it seems to require Jennifer to resolve. I have also had problems getting replies from her but there is a ticket system to raise queries directly with ISS help staff and they were very quick to come back and very helpful. The button for the ticket system is on the top menu bar of the platform website. Good luck.
I got paid for February hotel visits on 18 March and the only assignment I am awaiting payment for is for an early March hotel stay. This would usually come through in mid April. The “Payments History” page on ISS seems to take some time to be updated from “Pending” to “Paid”. I have not had to chase for payment but have found that since the ISS change over, Service Measure have been poor at responding to emails even before the present coronavirus problems. Hopefully things will improve once everything gets back to normal in the World

I have just been paid via my bank for a hotel visit done in the first week in March and that is all of my SM shops reimbursed. How is everyone else doing with regard to this?
