So tell me, what's new in the mystery shopper world. One thing I've already noticed is the web and phone shops. This is a great thing for me! Previously, all shops were in person, on-site, and even handwritten! I love the diversity of shop request options now available.

I agree. I signed up years ago and never really looked at it. I finally completed my profile. I'm looking forward to the remote shops.
Same here EvieB. I actually did the MSPA silver certification 15 or more years ago! It's interesting to me. The pay hasn't significantly increased since then. But the resources and the tech have exponentially improved. Making shops much easier to gather all information in one place and greatly reducing time spent. What are your thoughts on that? I once did an apartment shop. It took 2 days, then an extra 1-2hrs to complete the handwritten report:)
Hi every one! Thanks for the good heads up on Goodwin. Curious, what other MSPs would you also recommend working with and why?
So far, I've primarily worked with 360Intel, Mystery Shopper Services, Intouch Insight and Bild & Company.

Completed my first shop with Intouch Insight. Anyone know if they send an email to let you know if the shop was approved? Or how long it takes them to pay for the shop?
I've done a lot with InTouch InSight. They have the quickest turn around I've experienced so far. 25 days max until payment. Submissions are approved same day to 48 hours typically. Weekends and holidays sometimes prolong the wait time. They will send you an email when it's approved or declined.

How do they pay us? I finished two shops today. It was fun. I got to Try on wedding gowns. image
On the assigned job tab, click on the job image and the page should indicate the MSP name. But easiest way, on that same page there should be a yellow button "MSP" (next to the red start button, etc). Click that, it will take you directly to the MSP contract.
