Hey there, I'm new as well. Still trying to figure out how to make a forum post haha

Hey everyone, new to secret shopping and the forums. I am wondering when it is too late to cancel? Because I think, if I remember correctly, I have to assign a shop and then after it is assigned I select a date. The problem I ran into was this shop had to be spaced out 4 days from others doing the same shop. So I had to cancel it based on time restraints as the closest scheduling I could do was a week out. So basically, can I assign a shop and then cancel it before I assign a date to complete it? Will I be penalized?
