I'm fairly new to this as well! I would say definitely read through the instructions when they first come to you, and also at the location. I like to arrive (or be close to the location - not TOO suspicious in the parking lot lol) early so that I can read through everything one last time and have it fresh on my mind.
I also use the app! I love it because it flags a section if I miss something (like forget to upload a picture). It's a great way to triple check to make sure you have all your answers before leaving.
Also, jump in and start doing shops! I was pretty nervous and awkward about my first one, but now that I have five under my belt, I am really excited to keep it going!
My last piece of advice: make sure you have all your notifications turned on! Yesterday, I answered a question slightly incorrectly (literally just misread AM vs PM) and the company marked my submitted shop as "Incomplete". If I didn't have my notifications turned on on my phone, I probably wouldn't have seen it until it was too late and wouldn't have gotten credit for the shop.

I would email the scheduler again, and you might want to put in a ticket with iSS. There's a place where you can add files; you can add screenshots of your emails showing your attempts to contact the scheduler.
Do lots of shops! Complete a variety to work towards different badges. You can also verify your age and identity, as this gives you a badge. Good luck!
Yes! On the Payments screen to the right, there is a dropdown menu that says "paid". Use that to select "pending," which will show all completed shops that are pending payment.
