Hi Tamika, I am pretty new here as well. Still trying to figure it all out, I'm sure as we complete shops we will become more familiar with all of this. Fun and exciting to be able to do something like this.

Achievement Badges are earned for a variety of accomplishments, including successfully completing evaluations of specific types (e.g. Audits, Recorded Telephone, etc.) and in certain Industry Categories (e.g. Retail, Fine Dining, etc.) as well as for things like Evaluator reliability, Grammatical proficiency, length of time in the system, responding to Opinion Polls, and a whole lot more.

As an immediate benefit: after earning badges, you can elect to receive Push Alerts to your mobile phone whenever new assignments in your categories become available - giving you first crack at the opportunities you prefer.

As you complete more assignments in designated categories, you begin ranking up accordingly. MSP's can see your achievements, and factor them into their scheduling decisions. In addition, some projects require evaluators to have experience in certain areas and your badge level can determine if you are able to get a project, or self-assign it (instead of requesting it) etc.

I haven't been able to find a number for Isecretshop but you can submit a ticket.

I have been with ISS quite awhile but still trying to figure it all out. I believe the reputation rank goes up with the more jobs you complete the more active you are on the forums, completing jobs, opinion polls, updating profile etc.

From what I have read when you complete jobs on time and by the terms of the company your reputation rank goes up as well.

I;m a custodian at a college so I am constantly looking at the level of cleaning when I go to any restaurant or bathroom, find myself looking at the cleaning checklist etc.. automatically. LOL
