How can you even see your score? My second shop was a total bust, I basically got sent on a wild goose chase at Walmart.

Your shopper score is located at the very top of your home ISS homescreen. If you look right above the top row that has your icons for 1)Profile 2) Extended Profile 3) Notifications

Shopper score is in white text.

Why isn't anyone answering this? I have the same question! It seems like no one answers questions on here! I feel they need a go to person that has many of new-comers questions. Anyways I guess I have to look else where!

Does anyone have ever the customer service phone number for isecretshop

I haven't been able to find a number for Isecretshop but you can submit a ticket.

You increase your shopper score by completing successful shops. The only way to increase your score is by completing successful shops or completing the video tutorials on the website.

You increase your score by completing successful shops on time or watching video tutorials on the website and completing the quizzes associated with the videos. If you have an issue with your score you have to fill out a support ticket.

What good is the score? I say it has no value other than an inflated number for you to wonder about.
