Greetings from Suffolk, VA!

I used to mystery shop for a restaurant chain decades ago and loved it. I enjoyed celebrating the wins and also reporting the employees who did very poor customer service. I was also key in identifying a manager who embezzled more than $500k from the company by adding .02 to every item his store sold! I am looking forward to helping businesses identify excellent employees, as well as those who need additional training, or removal. I've been in management and realize you need more eyes and ears to run a business well.

My husband and I have 4 grown kids, 3 in the military and one excellent hair stylist. We have one grandson and we have the pleasure of keeping while both his parents are serving our country.

I am doing this to pay for cruises and get a camper van set up for cross country travel.

I look forward to reading this forum and hearing about the adventures everyone is having!

Hi Preston!

There is a video library at the bottom of the Home page. There is also a training under the iSS prep tab at the top of the home page. The intro and advanced training are free. The additional training is helpful and worth paying the small fee. I just went through all of them yesterday/this morning.
