I just joined! I see a bunch of MSP’s but none for Canada (that is where I live). Can anyone help me? I am assuming I need to have them done before any tasks appear?

I know of a few, but they are not affiliated with iSS... If you go to the "MysteryShopForum," you can find information about MSC's that operate in your area in Canada. I won't name them here out of respect for the iSS site.

The one MSP one iSecretShop which does have (a LOT of) shops in Canada is Intouch Insight - so I advise checking them out.
