I did a movie theater shop, I completed all of the areas they needed, made sure everything was answered correctly, when I try and submit a message pops up saying ?cannot finalize shop without the call.? Even though I double checked the call section to make sure I checked off that I called. Why can?t I submit it?

Was the call to be recorded and attached? Or perhaps you have to call your MSP?
