My app when opening get an error, cannot find location

This happens to me quite a bit as well. I always double check to make sure my location is on, which it is, and it still happens. Maybe it depends on what internet provider? I honestly have no clue.

That happens to me too. I tend to ignore it. Unless you are at a shop and need the location it is something I would not worry about.

But with location not working I don't get to see the shops in my area

I think it is a bug in the app. I get that pretty much every time I log in but if I hit OK, it works fine.

Error Loading Location is an error you get on the app or mobile web. This happens when you do not have 'location services turned on' or when you do not allow the app (or mobile browser) to use location services.

You will frequently see this error because the app uses your location to find available shops, geotag your assignments etc.

To fix this on iOS - go to Settings->Privacy Settings ->Location Services. Make sure Location Services is on and turned on for iSecretShop.
