Did iSS just roll out a new app? Because I'm not liking it. "Location Permission Denied" keeps popping up and the photo entry section wasn't able to link my gallery photos. I sure hope it gets tweaked soon! Thanks

I can't open any sections in the app since it updated. It just says "please wait"... I already submitted a ticket to get help because right now I can't use their app.

I’m having the same problem and I opened a ticket also. It must be a general problem, hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I just got a reply to my original ticket and they told me that there will be an update in the next 36 hours to fix this problem.

I submitted a shop today and uploaded the receipt via the app and not my own gallery. It didn't work and I'm now on my third attempt!

I believe the app has been fixed /updated. I haven't had any issues since my last post thankfully.

The new version of the app was months in the making, and when it originally rolled out, a few bugs were discovered - however, within a couple of weeks, a few updates were released which took care of the issues.

If you guys notice anything else or get any issues - feel free to open a support ticket and the devs know.
