I’m not sure if anyone else had this problem over the last week or maybe sometime in the past.
According to my payment/invoice history, I had a payment released to PayPal on March 8th from Intouch. This payment has not been received in my PayPal account. This is very unusual as I have received a dozen payments from them and it always posts in PayPal the same day it is updated as Paid from Intouch. I waited a few days as sometimes there is a delay between when the MSP release the money and it posts to PayPal before sending an email to Intouch’s support. I asked if they could confirm if the payment was transmitted without issue and if there is a transaction or receipt number associated with it which I could use to contact PayPal if needed. I have not gotten a response back (sent email 2 days ago).
Has this ever happened to anyone?
I am very new at this and was paid my first payment ever on March 8....no problem....i received an e mail from Paypal the 12 bucks is waiting....
Christine - sometimes there is a delay between when the MSC processes payments and when PayPal processes them. Give it a few more days and, if it’s still not there, contactthe MSC.
Is your PayPal account verified? Could be that it’s there but waiting for you to finish verifying the account.
Yes, it’s verified and I have received many payments from them over the last year which is why this is so unusual.
I sent another email to their Help email address as I have not gotten any response from last weeks inquiry. It’s been over a week now so even a potential posting delay with PayPal wouldn’t be the issue.
If you are not getting a response directly from the MSC, you could open a help ticket on iSS. If an MSC is not paying you and not responding, iSS does get involved:
