If u did where/who did u send it?
nobody has filed a W9? Nobody?

A W9 is used by an individual (or business) to disclose their taxpayer ID (social security number for a person, or EIN number for a business) to a company. The reason that you must disclose your taxpayer ID to mystery shopping companies is that if you make more $600 or more, the company is required to report your earnings to the IRS, which requires your taxpayer ID.
It is important to note, however, that not all mystery shopping companies require you to fill out a W9. Some just ask you for your taxpayer id to be entered into a field in your profile, and some do not ask for your taxpayer ID until you make $600.
I hope that answers your question. If you have any additional questions, feel free to reply here.
Thank u for the reply! Jeff
When you fill out those applications to become a shopper with a company, do most shoppers use an EIN number or their SSN?
Not an expert but I used my SSN
Hi any idea how long it takes to get payed? I was wondering if I had to fill out my W9 because I've done 2 shops over a month and a half ago and still haven't been paid...
Every company has its own payment policy. Read your ICA with the company for which you did the work and it should tell you. A two month delay is common.
Yep....2 month is not unusual from my limited experience!
The shop I just did has a payout date of 3-4 months. If you want a more faster payout, be sure the read the "contract" so you know which ones to do :) But I would suggest just doing them, if your actively doing the shops, it's cycles out and it's like you get paid often. I know it sucks, but it's works out if your actively doing shops. Hope this helps!
