Does anyone know if I need to accept a MSP Agreement for their shops get visible on the job board? Or is it going to prompt me to sign it if I haven't already?

You do not need to accept the MSP Agreement in order to see what they are offering on the job board. The jobs will all show together and if you need to accept an agreement in order to view the specific details or apply for the actual shop then you will be prompted to do so. This is true for both the website and the mobile app platforms.
