Hi I'm a new shopper from the old Service Measure site, it seems that all my reports that need me to record a call now won't allow me to submit the report as the system thinks I need to use the "call now" button to record the call.


Service Measure are aware of this and are looking into it, has anyone else found this problem with any of their visits and if so did you find a way around this yet?


I have tried pressing the call now but this does nothing so it seems it really does need a file to be uploaded in order to work, unless I am missing something.

It is sometimes taking a while for the call to attach to the report. Give it an hour and see. I had the same issue numerous times. Haven't had it recently though. Good luck!

Some issues with the shop report were being worked out. We have seen completed hotel shops since then. Are you still unable to submit?

Hi sorry forgot to come back about this, they removed the call button etc and submission was fine, got a few reports accepted so all is good :)
