I was by Customer 1st after working for them for 5 years.
II have never been banned.
It's in the MSPs interest to have as many active shoppers available as possible, so there may have been other reasons for the ban - have you asked them about it?
I have been banned and then reinstated because there was a mess up with some of the emails sent to me that were bouncing from the MSC
