Hi shoppers.
Has anyone noticed that the option to reschedule a shop has been removed?
The option to reschedule was there last week for the same company but now it’s gone. I booked a couple of shops to do on a road trip this weekend, but our route changed so I have to rework the shops.
To add to the situation the scheduler is away on holiday.

Hi Judith,
The "Reschedule" option is something the MSP can toggle on or off, for each individual project. It's usually left the same way it was set up when the shops are posted, but they can also change it at any time (if, for example, their deadlines approach and they can't risk letting shoppers reschedule shops on their own anymore).

Several MSPs that I have shopped for sometimes turn that feature off the day before the shop is to be completed or the report submitted. As Ivan has shared, this is mainly to prevent last-mnute cancellations. MSPs really frown up last minute or even same day cancels. Even if the reason is legit, such as sickness or lack of transport, unless you have to pass on an assignment, always try and contact the MSP way ahead of time, if possible, Hope that helps.
