Hello I noticed that my name is wrong. It is displayed as my last name twice. How can I change it?

Since shoppers can't change their name information themselves, you would need to upload a clear image of your full, valid, undoctored, government-issued Identification. This may be uploaded under your Extended Profile in the field titled "Please Upload a Photo ID."

Once you have done so, open a support ticket for iSecretShop so they could review it and update your name information.
