I am doing a Menards Shop and I see something that says "Period 3" and I am not sure what that means. This is my first Menards Shop and I would like to do them in the future. Thanks.

Hi! I’ve done a few Menards already…

The ‘periods’ are really just the different departments you are required to contact. If it’s three departments to present your scenario to, then you’ll only report through period three. I had a two to consult with. The other departments will allow you to bypass them once you’ve met the requirement for number of departments.

The shop is easy if you do most of the app questions as you move along the process.

Team members wear badges so it’s easy to get names - and you MUST get names.
