Yes it’s a very poor system not having notifications. Checking from time to time either means completely missing out or for the lucky few getting some good visits. Totally dated system in comparison to other companies.

Hey Opinions vary, but I have tried other systems: all have their pros and cons; just remember if Pros and Cons are opposites, does that mean Congress is the opposite of Progress?

Does anyone have any idea how the badge system works? Do ISS allocate these or does it come from Service Measure?

Is it just me or are there other people confuddled?

Hi, I don't know a lot, but I can tell you it comes from the company. There are a variety of categories and when you complete a shop, they evaluate you for that shop. To my best understanding, if you complete and submit on time, you get a badge for reliability. If you complete and do a great job you might get one for accuracy. Just do your best in different categories and you get badges. Where I live very few shops show up, so I will have a long wait to add more badges. They do take note of your badges and may reach out to someone with a good badge profile, so it is worth paying attention. Be mindful, this is my interpretation of the badges and although what I have written is accurate, I am sure someone else can broaden that answer to help you understand even more. Are service measure still doing SA Brains visits? Been a while since I've been on, and absolutely no shops available. Am I missing something?
