How much time needs to elapse before I repeat the shop for the same client, if indeed I can do multiple shops for the same location?

Every MSP and client has different rules on this. Often such restrictions are found in a job description. You can email the scheduler if the description does not say.

I've done some shops where you can re-visit every day. I've done others where you can do them once - ever.

The easy answer is as long as they let you.
