On some of the phone and web shops under the MSP button, I click and scroll down but there's nothing to sign.. then when I try to request, a little pop up comes up that says I need to accept terms and conditions but I can't find it anywhere under any section. So I delete and reinstall the app but still nothing.

Also, under my profile I noticed there's a section asking something about Venmo, which I do not have any longer because a hacker managed to hack into my connected bank via venmos customer portal. Is that how we are paid and if so are there any other platforms we can be paid through?

In order to accept a shop, you must first sign the iSecretShop Terms of Use (TOUs)

Where you find the link to the TOUs depends if you are on the app or the website. The link on the website is called "iSecretShop TOU," It is on the bottom left on the website and you can also find it on the website by clicking on the "Provider Contracts & Policies" link and clicking the blue button in the top center of the page called "View/Accept Terms: directly beneath the heading "iSecretShop Terms of Use." It is also one of the last buttons on the home page on the app.

Click that, enter your name, and click the accept or sign button.

As for Venmo, it was recently added as an alternative option to PayPal, and I don't think it's mandatory at all - you can check with the Mystery Shopping Provider(s) whose shops you wish to complete, but I think it's only there as an alternative.
