Hello. When I first signed up I was struggling to figure things out so I had missed some appointments. Since I’ve learned how to navigate my way around it got much easier and I really enjoy being a part of secret shoppers I actually LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I’m writing because at first it seemed as though there were a lot of shops in my area. Now there are none just one gas station 23 miles away. I find that hard to believe because I’ve done a few in the past and it says that some are constant or I’d believe they would be. I did one store and got paid. I’ve completed a few gas stations and got paid. I did a call and cannot find it now I don’t know how to check to see what I did wrong and why I didn’t get paid. Is there a live meeting on this platform to learn and ask questions? I’d love to join! I’d like to talk to someone about my account on a phone call. I think my account may be on some kind of hold because at first I had to cancel some shops and the Wi-Fi connection, tech problems, etc…I’m wondering if that’s why I cannot see new shops or sign up for them, I don’t know. Please help

I feel like I’m having the same problem as you. In the beginning there were lots of shops and now there’s virtually none no matter how I try to search. I just don’t understand it

plus I’m waiting on 2 payments t from July 5 & 6th.

I would really like to be able to see more shops. Right now, I only see 6 (2 of which are really far from where I live, 2 are for mortgage renewal which do not apply to my situation). Any tips/suggestions on how I can see more? I would really like to do dining, grocery and other retail shops. Thank you all for your attention.

I am having the exact same problem, after I completed my first 2 shops and they were approved. I have not gotten paid for one and I should have already. I requested a phone shop to break the ice on those and no one ever got back to me, so I deleted the request. I have emailed the MSP of the first shop about payment today, hopefully I hear something soon....

SAME HERE! I was so excited about this opportunity and had several shops to get to do, but now NOTHING!

Me too. For the large number of profiles I've entered, it's very odd that there are no shops. I wish companies would list their states of operation.This would save me time and the heartache of wondering who has my info.

Where do you all live? I know there are different businesses in different areas.
