I noticed there is an ISS Prep tab that offers certifications. The certifications don't seem client-specific though.

Does taking these certifications help you get jobs that must be assigned to you? I have applied for the phone call shops repeatedly and have been passed over nearly every time. I didn't know if my lack of certifications has done that or if there was some other criteria I am lacking.

Hey Carl! Have you signed the MSP agreements for the company you are requesting the shops from? I'd start there. There are free certifications that are worth doing because you earn points which in turn boost your rating and show that you take this seriously. The free ones are fairly quick and you answer a few questions along the way. Certainly worth doing if you have some free time.

I've been wondering the same thing, Carl! I wish there was a place for more training specifically on how to get started. I can't even seem to figure out how many points I have.
