The shop was performed on the stated date, its just missing the photo of the building due to me dropping my phone and now having issues.
I think as long as you are within the time frame, you will be okay?!? I am still very new here and I constantly get points taken away. :)
Hi Carole, I see this was asked almost two weeks ago but wanted to answer just in case anyone else encounters the same issue. The best suggestion for ANY issues you encounter when performing or submitting a shop is going to be to contact the scheduler. Their email is listed in the shop description and when you initially request the assignment. You can also reach out via the isecretshop website or app but I'd imagine emailing is going to be more direct and potentially a quicker response.
I'm curious what happened in your situation this time, were you able to submit on time or get it resolved?

First of all, you are uploading not downloading your photograph to the app.
Technical difficulties are a valid reason for late submissions...unless you say, "I'll get it to you by 8am tomorrow!" but then send it at 8pm instead.
Well my first one I did not realize that I had to have location setting on my pics. I was never able to complete
