Why is my web/phone assignments not showing up in my assigned shops tab?! Can anyone help me with this please? Thank you! How do i find these once I’ve requested it??

So I requested a web/phone shop and now I don't know how to proceed. I can see the overview of the shop in my requested shops tab but cannot select it. Where do I find the report to fill out ?
