I use an iPad as well as a laptop and an android phone. For some reason when I try to open the isecretshop app on the iPad, it will go to the cover page and 99.9% of the time it will sit there. The app works perfectly well on the android phone and for the laptop I go to the website to complete shops.
I have removed the app, and reloaded it,and all of my IOS updates are up to date.
Any one else having this problem?

I haven't heard of anyone having that problem - but if it is a persistent issue, I advise you to open a support ticket for iSecretShop, state all that, as well as any other specifics you can think of (the iPad model, iOS version, are you able to take any actions at all from the page it's stuck at, a screenshot of the page, anything you think might be helpful to the developers when looking for and trying to replicate and fix the issue).

Now I am having this issue and planning to do my first shop today! Can I just use the site?
My app is stuck on the opening screen on Samsung phone, it is working ok on a lenovo tablet. I have uninstalled and reloaded with same result. Anybody out there that could help please.
