I completed 2 assignments for Cirrus Marketing in early February. I’ve unfinalized/resubmitted at least 4 times and sent 2 emails to Monnie Howard and she said, yeah, you’ll get paid. Since the assignments still haven’t even gone into review, I see now she was just being sarcastic. It’s been 6 weeks since I did these shops!
What am I supposed to do? I gave them my time, mileage, good effort and they just refuse to pay. Why does iSecretShop even allow them to post?!
Please help!
Citrus can take up to three months to pay. I have never been stiffed by them.
How do you know they "stiffed" you if your shops haven't even been reviewed yet? Stiffing you would be approving your shops and refusing to pay. You said you un-finalized and re-submitted your reports four times. You probably have caused it to take so long by doing that. Every time you remove your report from its place in the queue and re-submit it, it goes back to the end of the line behind all the other reports they have to review. This is how almost all phone and internet queues work. My shops for them have taken a good 2-3 weeks to go into review and another 2-3 weeks to be approved but they've all been approved and paid so far. I've seen lots of people say they take up to 3 months to pay but I've been paid within 6 weeks of my shops; however if they haven't even been able to review your shops yet then I wouldn't be expecting payment before they've been reviewed or approved. The agent who wrote to you was not "being sarcastic" when saying you'll get paid; clearly she meant you'll get paid AFTER they review and approve your reports.
I am having problems with Cirrus Marketing. The editor is returning every shop to me for nitpicky things. Do you want me to go through the entire job every single section to figure out what they want me to fix. This is a month after I’ve done them and I don’t even remember conversations that I may have had with them especially after doing eight in one day!
They won't give me any jobs but have not deleted me yet. I did some good reports at first. Then they sent me to a place, saying it was going to be really easy. No long reports, just a quick response questionare and I could do a virtual tour. Th4loop questionnaire was as long as any report. It needed just As much commentary as most do. Then they report was sent back to me and several messages saying I needed to go on a tour. Why hadn't I taken a tournament and on and and I refused.

Monique I feel your frustration with Cirrus. I must ask, did you submit an invoice to the proper department at the end of February or whenever the shop was finally graded? I've noticed that some people do not submit invoices and that is one of the steps with this company. You also need a password to submit the invoice.
Let's say you submitted an invoice at the end of February, then you should not expect to get your money until the early part of June. Go to their website and it lists if you do work that is approved and submit an invoice at the end of month x, they will initiate the payment processing at the end of month x + 3 and you should receive it by the 5th - 7th day of month x + 4.
From past experience and others posting their dealings with Cirrus, you will need to email them that you did not receive payment when the 7th day of month x + 4 passes. Please note that this experience of slow pay appears to be if you deal with Cirrus website directly.
Perhaps Immolatrix can share if she claimed the job with Cirrus directly or through Isecretshop. If she got paid quickly in 6 weeks, then my guess is she did it through Isecretshop. If not, then I would love to now the secret since I've never gotten paid any sooner than the 4th month out and a nudging email after the date has passed.
Im glad I read this post!
I almost signed up to do one. I am not waiting that long for $5.00 lol!
Is this site legit?

It was through iSecretShop. Everything I talk about here on the iSecretShop forum was done through the iSecretShop platform. In fact I just got paid by them shortly after my last job was approved although the shop took about 6 weeks to be reviewed and approved.
