I had to cancel a assignment due to schedule conflict and I am new and did not know they deducted points. I canceled but I don’t remember the MSP it was assigned to to contact them. Can someone please provide me with the MSP that Services AMF Bowl.

I don't want to mention a client company + the corresponding MSP in a post... When you accepted the assignment, you would have received an email with this information. Can you go back through your email to retrieve this info?

That's exactly right - in the email that you received when the shop was assigned to you, there should be the name of the MSP that posted it, or the scheduler's email address. If you still cannot find it, you can open a support ticket for iSecretShop and they will let you know who to contact, and what their contact info is.
