It’s been 4 years since I last logged in. I have a negative score and will do what I need to turn it positive. How can I make that happen?

Like I said in the title, it’s been 4 years since I last logged in and I have a negative score. I didn’t take it very seriously back then and my score obviously shows that. I want to show that I’m ready to be a serious shopper and get my score back to positive. What is the best way to go about doing that?

thank you!

Hey there!

I also am rebuilding my profile as I took on too many projects last holiday season and was too overwhelmed to even email them that I couldn't do it. In efforts to rebuild my score (which was very good at one point). What I have done is request a shop and right away I send an email to the scheduler explaining that I know my profile shows a lower score right now. I concisely and professionally explain why my score is low and then I assure them that I am committed to the shop I'm requesting. Bonus points if you can speak on your experiences or steps that you will take to ensure you'll do it well.

From there I would commit to doing the shop both on time and well.

Where do you live? That can make a difference. I would like to do some diner ones but they’re kind of far away.
