Hi, newbie here. Was wondering why when I go to ISS Prep, the only course listed there is intro to shopping for $9.95. No other courses are listed. Anyone know why?

I am not sure but maybe you have to be assigned them from one of the Mystery Shopping Providers. That was how I received videos to watch is she sent them to me. Hope that helps you.

HI! From what I understand, in order to test for a certificate, you need to have the code for the course. In order to get that, you either have to request a shop, or, in some cases, the course code is located in the shop description itself.
