I tried to login to my account. It wouldn't let me and I even reset the password. I thought I was on the wrong site or something. So I made another account. After doing this I realized that the site was indeed the one I was trying to login into. So I tried again to login. Still no luck. I would like to either merge the two accounts together or get rid of the new one if I can actually get back into my original account. My old one has shops that I have done and completed. However, I signed up for some new shops on the new account. So I don't know what to do.

Yes, accounts can (and should) be merged in these situations. You can open a support ticket and ask that your accounts be merged.
