I've only been using iSecretShop for only a couple of months now. I recently got assigned to a phone shop for a university to basically audit their admissions process. I'm confused with one of the requirements listed on my shop details. It says to "reschedule your admissions shop date to match your appointment date." I have no idea how to reschedule a shop, if that's even possible. Has anyone else come across this or know what this means?

If your shop offers it, hit the reschedule button or just email your coordinator.
