Also, they said that they can't pay me because they can't use the information, but now I can see a shop available for the same place but ONLY at the bar. It's like they used my information, but now realize they need to specify about the bar and are now doing a specific shop for that.
Any advice on how to handle this would be great. I am thinking about what legal action I can take. I fulfilled our agreement, they need to fulfill thier side and pay us.
I too had that happen with 360 Intel. I had a perfect report and was told by email on a Sunday that I had a 5 hour window to submit a missing receipt. I was not in town so couldn't do that... I was told shop was cancelled and reassigned. Never saw it on the board. Quite an intensive Q&A, 66 questions. Lost the fee and now appears deleted from the company. Did they use my report and not pay me. I believe they did.
