You have to make sure they use your link to get referred. Use the Refer Friends button at the top of the screen to get it.

I don't think it is the number of badges you get. I believe it is the number of points. You get 20 points for every shop you do but you lose 30 points for every shop that you take and then give back and don't complete. You also lose points for declined shops. So if you take shops and then unassign from them a lot you will lose a lot of points.

I think you should call your scheduler and tell her what happened, it will be up to them if they accept the shop. To me it does not sound like the scenario played out as credible. As shoppers we need to be prepared for our scenario, even if it is just a $5 phone shop. The investment of taking the time to try and think ahead to what questions might be asked is worth it. You will find your niche and what shops you like to do. Then you will do them over and over so you might as well do them correctly right from the beginning. Not only does doing a shop that is not accepted hurt the shopper because they don't get paid, it makes the MSP look bad because they either submit a shop that is unsatisfactory or they may end up having to get another shopper which is more work for them and could delay a whole project getting to the client.

I'm so glad they took it! It's always disheartening to have a shop rejected!

I think it is a bug in the app. I get that pretty much every time I log in but if I hit OK, it works fine.
