This is a perfect example of the importance of mystery shopping - especially at restaurants where health and public safety should be a top priority.

I do a lot of phone shops, and sometimes the person on the other end has difficulty understanding my normal voice, so I do not use an accent (although that does sound like fun!).

Mystery Shopping is fun and rewarding! I feel like a private investigator, and I love reporting when someone does a good job - their raises and promotions are greatly affected by mystery shops.

When you are first starting out, it helps to try lots of different types of shops so that you can determine which you prefer. Eventually, you will find those that you really enjoy and start specializing. When you do the same type of shop for a while, they get much easier.
