Who buys a single beer at a gas station between 5:30 A.M. - 8:30 A.M.? I imagine ONLY Secret Shoppers do that.

Hi Everyone,

I'm kind of new. I did secret shops a lot a few years ago, then I went to work fulltime and got out of it. Well I'm back :) Tomorrow is my first shop in years. A lot has changed since I've been gone, but there are some things that have remained the same.

How do you do call shops? I never had those before. How do you record the phone calls?

Since I am very new I am trying to increase my level/badges so I can schedule more than two shops at a time. Has anyone completed the iSS Prep Certification? I tried a couple different courses several times and have yet to pass. I have watched the video and/or read the preface several times while taking notes. I am sure I should have passed at least once. The results only say you did not pass - so I have no idea where or how much was incorrect. I'm beginning to think there may be a problem.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or is it just me? :)
