My name is Jennifer and I am from Florida. I have been mystery shopping as a primary source of income for over a year now. I started shopping after my husband got sick and could not stay alone all day. We travel a nice part of Florida and sometimes Georgia.
When I first got started, I was so overwhelmed, but also wanted to help others. I started a FB group for newbie shoppers. I didn't want to have to go to a different group for each app, so we talk about all our faves. I also wanted to make sure people knew how to find legitimate companies to shop for and I have several schedulers who have joined us.
One of the industry's most notable route/video shopper is a part of my group, so we all get trusted answers on video shops.
I love the flexibility to work on my schedule and thankfully our bills are not overwhelming, so I get a chance to also work at home on projects I want to accomplish there.
Hi!! I'm right above you in Georgia!! I've actually went down into FL doing jobs over the years, including just last week. I also travel most of the southeastern and middle portion of Ga as well as southeastern SC. I've been mystery shopping over 16 years now.
If you don't mind me asking, which part of FL are you? I actually live near Savannah, Ga.

I've read through the link provided, but I'm not understanding how to turn on Geo tagging on a picture with my Galaxy S10.
I have my location turned on already, but it's not showing up on my pictures.
Does anyone know a simple way to turn it on so it will show up on digital photos from the phone itself?
My scheduler isn't in the office and won't be back until Wednesday April 7th.

Thanks you guys! I felt like I was looking deeper into it than it really was!
I'd say check with your scheduler. I have many companies that are fine with a job being done a few days before the due date, so therefore I actually pick the final day as my date, then they are happy when I have them done early. I've found on this platform, the companies I've done work for are funny about it being done before the day selected. I have noticed that we have the option to reschedule jobs once each job. So maybe try that route if you need to do it a day early, if the scheduler states it has to be done the date picked.
When you are doing the report is when you fill in the "start shop" and "end shop" sections, unless you are doing the report right then. Start and stop are the times in and out.

Some of these shops have "none" listed as compensation. Am I missing something? None isn't a number I like to hear when pay is being discussed. Is the comp listed somewhere else for assignments like this? I hate to sound like a noon just making sure I don't request shops I won't finish... Like ones that don't pay. Thanks!
When it has that listed, there is no compensation. Usually the pay is higher so it's included so it's up to you on how much you actually make from the shop. For me, I've done a few fine dining assignments with a flat rate. I know going into them that if I use it as say a "date night" for my husband and I, the odds are I'm not going to make much in the end, but I've had an amazing night out with my husband. We've taken my in-laws with us for them as well. Next weekend I have one and we are taking one of our sons out for his 23rd birthday to one of the places. I actually enjoy these even though I really don't make anything. I'm trying new places that I wouldn't otherwise go to and we are having, usually, a much needed night out since we have 6 kids.

Anyone know if Service Measure are up and running? Absolutely nothing from them over the last 15 months unlike other mystery shopping companies.
Maybe go to their main page? You could even email them?
