Most MSP's pay via PayPal and each MSP has their own payment schedule and policies. iSecretShop is the software company and job board, but does not pay shoppers, so you would want to contact the MSP you completed the shop for directly and ask them about your payments.
When you log into your profile click on Payments and you will see the MSP's contact information next to each payment. I hope this helps!

Great question! Self Assign is when you are automatically assigned to a shop without a scheduler having to review your request. Every shopper has a self assign limit based on their rank/experience on the iSS platform. You will Request shops after you have reached your self assign limit OR you may come across some shops that do not allow Self Assigns, as the scheduler has to review each request and accept manually.
Each MSP handles their own scheduling and reviewing/accepting of requests, so depending on the shop and date you are requesting, the time to review and decision requests may vary.

Based on what you described this sounds like an issue with how the MSP set up the project. You made the right move by contacting the MSP as they would be the ones able to resolve the issue or manually assign the shop to you.
iSecretShop is always developing new tools and features to ensure a great Shopper experience and the issue you described above was recently addressed, so you should not see this happening very often, if at all.

iSecretShop cannot restore the points, but you can certainly reach out to the MSP's that posted the shops, explain to them what happened, and see if there is anything they can do for you.
I would recommend downloading the iSecretShop app, so you can easily and frequently check your Assigned shops to see if any requested, were assigned.

From the website, you can specify the distance when looking at available shops. If on the app, you can toggle, Near Home, or to Near Me (while on the go), or Near Other to enter the city or zip you want to look for shops in.
Also, when you click on Update Profile, and scroll down to Notifications, you can specify the distance that you would like to receive shop notifications for.

Hi Melissa, I pulled up the available shops on my app and I do not see the search distance filter. Actually, I am unable to find it anywhere. Any suggestions?
