Phone shop question

Great question! When you find phone shops under the Web & Phone Shops on the iSS platform, you will see that these can be done from anywhere and do not require you to leave in a specific state, normally. However, there may be cases that require you live in a specific area, but that should be rare. But as always, please read all of the shop details and contact the scheduler if you have any questions, before completing the shop.

I researched this and the certification goes along with a shop that will be published in couple of weeks. However I do not have any information or details about the shop.

secret shop terms of use

Hello!


There are 2 places to sign agreements, first located in the left navigation pane under iSS Terms of Use (or iSS TOU on the App), you will find the iSecretShop Terms of Use that needs to be signed before requesting any shops. And second, under Provider Contracts & Policies (or MSP Agreements on the App) are the individual contracts for each MSP that need to be signed before completing shops for a specific MSP.

Payment Marked "Info" "Pending"

Hello all!


In regards to payments, each MSP has their own pay schedules and policies. To determine when you should be paid, check out Payments under your profile and make note of the companies you have completed the shops for, then go to Provider Contracts & Policies. Click "View Contract" for the MSP and scroll down to Payment Policy.


If you are unable to determine when you will be paid, you can locate the MSPs contact info under Payments as well, so you may contact them directly as iSecretShop cannot assist with payment related questions.


The most common reasons for an unpaid payment include:


1) Shop completed too recently - not scheduled until the next payment cycle.

2) No Paypal address on file in your Extended Profile

3) Independent Contractor Agreement not signed for this MSP

4) No W9 form (if required) on file with the MSP https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw9.pdf


***IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND W9 forms to iSecretShop!***
