Hello everyone, I've joined the platform over the last couple of weeks as one of my MSP's is moving onto the system. Currently not seeing any shops at all in UK (or Europe) but hoping to get involved soon. Anyone else new here from the UK and got going yet? Do any of the US companies listed post European visits?

Agreed, the booking system and website was one of the most straightforward I've ever seen! But I understand the benefits of using a shared platform too

As a watchout, venues that I have recently visited are appearing (as obviously this new platform doesn't know!) I would strongly suggest that you don't accept any jobs if you know you've definitely been there recently given the risk of being recognised a month later.


Our reputation rating begins at 1 again, but am sure the office team will remember who's who.


My first visit is this evening, if anyone has any tips to share on survey completion please do so. Seems you have to go in and out of each section - not sure if there is an easy way to review the entire survey before submitting it yet. Guessing all receipts must be in one photo at the end too and we will have similar requests regarding the style of comments.

I've completed my first visit and submitted a survey. I found it a bit annoying on the web to keep having to click into each section, but on the contrary this wasn't so bad on the phone app and made the submission process fairly quick. Anyone else completed a survey yet.

I suspect it is purely down to them working through getting all the reports loaded on to the system and having some very short windows to get them all booked in. My guess would be that as the windows start to close they will review and approve them all manually. No harm emailing and asking of course, another option could be they are sharing with the client and waiting a couple of days in case of queries before confirming them off at their end. Also, with the new system, am sure they've got to get to grips with the new layout too - for the survey, the receipt system and also having their paypal account set up in order to reimburse us. I wouldn't worry about it too much - unless we're still sitting here in 2-3 weeks time! I found the survey completion process a bit easier actually? :)

Hi Dawn, Might be different depending on the client but for two of mine there has been a questionnaire 'section' which asked for the receipt amount and also gave an option of uploading an image.


I've not tried this but I believe in assigned shops you can will still see it and you can 'unfinalise' a report that I assume will allow you to edit it again and resubmit.

Can we not upload receipts until surveys have been approved? I can't see anywhere to do that and I feel like i've ran out of ideas where to look.... :)

I agree, it is hard to know exactly what can and can't be done on the platform. Somebody mentioned before that your 'reputation' isn't impacted in many ways but I feel it would definitely not like you to unassign completely and reassign with a new date. Or, alternatively not seen anything about survey completion times. If you were going out for dinner, is it expecting everyone to submit in full before midnight. I often haven't been home long enough to even log on, depending on the location!
