Has anyone had a badge decrease in rank? My reliability badge changed from 5 down to 4 this week. The badge system is a bit mysterious to me.

When a requested job is assigned to you, you will likely receive an email and an app notification. Once it has been assigned, that's when the survey, pertinent attachments, and detailed shop instructions become available to you.

You don't have to go far to earn that badge! I went 3 hours north for a medical trip, and did a shop while there. I earned the globetrotter badge.

Have you taken the ISS classes? There are several videos to watch and take tests over. They give you points, though I don't remember the exact number.

Even if there aren't shops in your area, there are phone shops. Try those and you'll be able to easily attain the education, restaurant, and healthcare badges.
